About Demi Childs

Demi Childs is a native Houstonian and Heights resident with a genuine love for the city she calls home. Having lived throughout Houston, she has a deep appreciation for the personality of its many neighborhoods and loves helping her clients find the one that feels like the right fit.

Demi began her career in the mortgage industry before transitioning into residential real estate in 2016. Over the past decade, she has helped more than 100 families buy, sell, and lease homes throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. She is especially proud of the repeat and referral business she has built along the way, and considers the lasting relationships she forms with her clients one of the most rewarding parts of her career.

Her approach to real estate is rooted in strong communication, thoughtful guidance, and a simple philosophy: you can be a tough negotiator while still leading with kindness. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer navigate the process, preparing a home for market, or negotiating on behalf of a longtime client, Demi strives to make the experience feel personal, informed, and as seamless as possible.

With a longtime love of interiors and design, Demi especially thrives during the home search and listing preparation process. She loves helping buyers see the potential in a space and helping sellers thoughtfully prepare their homes to stand out in the market.
