About Demi Childs

Demi Childs is a native Houstonian and local Heights resident. She has lived all over the city and loves to get to know Houston’s unique neighborhoods. Demi started in the mortgage industry and began selling real estate in 2016. Since then, she has established a repeat client base, one of her favorite things about her career. Her philosophy is simple: you can be tough when negotiating but still be kind. Thanks to her love for interiors, she thrives when helping clients hunt for the home of their dreams.

 

Fun Fact: Demi is a proud dog mom, cat mom, and self-proclaimed chef. You can find her in her kitchen whipping up something delicious with Bravo in the background.
